Recruitment is just a few short months away and words cannot describe how excited I am to meet you! As Vice President of Membership Recruitment here at CU Denver’s Alpha Phi chapter, it is my honor to extend a warm invitation as you embark on your Alpha Phi recruitment journey. Just three years ago, I was in your exact position. I remember the nerves, excitement, and fascination I had, but to this day, I truly believe that going through Alpha Phi recruitment is one of the best decisions I’ve made. Joining this sisterhood gave me so many amazing once-in-a-lifetime opportunities and also brought me to my best friends. My biggest piece of advice is to be open-minded, engage in conversation, and ask questions about Alpha Phi during recruitment. I want to encourage you to be yourself and find joy in the process you are embarking on. I will see you very soon!

Speaking from personal experience, joining Alpha Phi has opened doors to a world of friendship and support that I never imagined. Alpha Phi'sInternational Philanthropy is the Alpha Phi Foundation. The foundation focuses on supporting women's heart health and cardiac care. Our chapter organizes events and fundraisers to contribute to the foundations efforts and promote heart health awareness. To learn more about the Alpha Phi Foundation, click here!

We emphasize sisterhood through various activities and traditions. This includes sisterhood events, bonding activities, philanthropy work, and supporting our sisters academically and personally. We aim to create a strong and supportive community among our members, where sisterhood is at the root of all that we do.
Throughout your time in Alpha Phi, there are many opportunities to participate in events that promote sisterhood. Just to name a few, we have hosted candle making, vision board making, white elephant gift exchanges, photoshoots, our annual sisterhood retreats, and much more!

Both of our sisterhood and philanthropy recruitment rounds are 100% free to attend! We provide free food, activities, and even fun goodies to bring home with you after! Along with this, you will get to meet our chapter members and learn more about Alpha Phi

Although we do recommend attending both events, if you can only attend one event, do not worry, you will still be considered for Alpha Phi!

You are not required to bring anything to recruitment. Just bring yourself and any other personal items you want with you during recruitment. Our recruitment events will allow you to learn more about Alpha Phi and will also give us an opportunity to get to know you!

There is not a required dress code for either of our recruitment events. We know many of you are coming from work or class so wear whatever you are comfortable in for the day!
